Troubleshooting
Live scores are not updating
Pull to refresh the live scores screen, check your internet connection, and make sure you are viewing the correct sport and date. Some competitions may update more slowly depending on source availability.
Notifications are not arriving
- Open your device settings and confirm that notifications are allowed for Scorena.
- In Scorena, go to Settings or Notifications and check your alert preferences.
- Make sure the match, team or league you want to follow is saved as a favorite.
- On iPhone or iPad, confirm that Focus, Do Not Disturb or notification summaries are not hiding alerts.
- On Android, confirm that battery optimization is not blocking background notifications.
Odds or lineups are missing
Odds, stats, lineups and advanced match data depend on provider coverage. When data is unavailable, Scorena may show only the live score and basic match information.
Sign-in does not complete
Make sure you have the latest App Store or Google Play version installed, use a stable network connection, and try again. On iPhone and iPad, Sign in with Apple and email sign-in are supported. On Android, email sign-in and Google sign-in are supported. If the issue continues, contact support with your device model and iOS, iPadOS or Android version.
Scorena provides sports information and analysis tools. It does not guarantee match outcomes or betting results.

You can manage profile information, language, theme, notification preferences and account-related settings inside the iOS, iPadOS or Android app.
